Combining Retail App registration with a Banking App registration flow.

This was used to enable a Retailer to add a Banking App Registration with their own Registration and give the customer £30 free.
The £30 fee was paid immediately by Visa and added to the customers new bank account. They could then spend this £30 at the Retailer.
